BPCL has acquired 4x1.563MW Sattegala Mini
Hydel Station from M/s.SLS Power Industries,
Bangalore during November 2006. The plant is
located across Cauvery River. This station
is located between Dhanagere anicut on the
upstream and Siva anicut on downstream side.
Power station can be reached by road from
Bangalore about 140kms distance.
