BPCL has acquired 3x1.5MW Sugur Mini Hydel
Station from M/s.SLS Power Industries,
Bangalore during November 2006. The plant is
located across Tungabhadra River about 2kms
downstream of M.Sugur village. The station
can be reached by road from Bangalore via
Bellary (NH 13) and from their on with a
deviation on State Highway leading to
Siriguppa via Emmiganur.
